"I've had gaming videos of mine get the 'official' tag and the are definitely not the official videos or from an official account, they're from mine. Apparently YouTube just gives them out to videos that get the most search traffic, and views from search, for that specific keyphrase. So my suggestion would be HR views, comments, likes and shares to rank above the competition then you'll get more search traffic and hopefully the official tag."
