offers not converting?

I was skeptical that an email and short form submit wasent converting on neverblue so i went over a buddies house and tested the, turns out they are not converting, one offer i tested strait up and the other one was in my own web page (iframed) Does anyone know why they might not be converting?

I'm not sure I completely understand your question.

Did you go over to your friends house to fill out your own offer, and to see if it converted when you went home?

I would definitely talk to your AC. To me, it sounds as though it's a tracking cookie problem. Either way, you AC may be able to help.

As an alternative, why not try taking your offer out of the iFrame and just place it in a div or something? Perhaps it may be the iFrame causing the problem.

The advertiser is shaving your balls dude. It happens with those email/zip submits a LOT. Either find the right low shaving networks and offers or move to free trials.

yes thats exactly what i did, went over a friends house to check to see if the offer is converting, and only 1 out of 3 converted.

I just had an offer with 750 clicks and 1 showed as a conversion? WTF right? total scam I tell you
 
so who actually does the shaving the offers or the network?
 
I've noticed that my conversions drop on e-mail submits significantly as the end of the month draws near. I've just accepted that this is part of the game and I draw down my traffic on email submits near the end of the month.

most large cpa networks or the owner of offer they are running have a huge scrub DB they dont allow to join/be counted.
