Have you checked on the hire a freelance section? You can't miss it is like on the left menu under Affiliate Programs. You can't miss it.

Someone who would let someone else they met on a online forum do anything on there account would be dumber than of box of rocks simply because it would be so easy to get screwed over or you would be creating an instant competitor.
