Offering Services in your Sig: Is it against the rules?

Hey guys. I was thinking of maybe offering a service to people through my sig, as I have an infraction which prevents me from Servicing in the Service Section. Would that be against the rules? The forum rules say that:

"You must be a member of the forum for 30 days and have 50 quality posts before you will be allowed to use a signature on this forum. In order to use links or images in your signature, you need to be a Donor. You may post 2-3 affiliate links or 1 SMALL banner in your signature."

Does all of this only apply to donors?

I'm sorry if the question is menial, but I'm still coming to grips with all of this. Many thanks in advance BHW.

in a nutshell, you can't use the signature. only donor/jrvip can use signature to promote services (which approved by bhw) and/or affiliate links.

No you cannot promote your links on your sig unless you are a donor.

From this text I understand this: If I am not a donor I can't put links or images in my signature, BUT I can use a text like this "Articles for sell". It's correct?

If you're not a donor, you can use sig but cannot put any link on it..

So? Can you offer something to others without a link or can't you? I kinda' feel we're at a fork in the road right now... =D

Only Donors can use links in their sigs. PM solicitation is NOT allowed in signatures, so if you were thinking something along the lines of "offering blah, PM me", that won't fly. Your best bet if you want to offer something through your sig is to become a Donor.
