Offering SEO on the side

I'm getting into Mobile Marketing for small businesses, and I plan on offering SEO on the side. I want to outsource the SEO until I can find the time to learn it, but there are so many packages to choose from. It would mean a lot if you could help me out here, here are a few of the packages I'm looking at. Sorry, I'm a total noob, and I'm just looking for some quick answers from someone with experience.


Could I just use these three services on a client's website?


This seems to be really cheap ($47) for FULL SEO work..


And then this is on the opposite end of the spectrum.


And then this one promises total keyword domination for $97.

I'm sort of at a loss of who to trust, guys

Should I just offer business listing instead like these guys? (I definitely don't plan on using this service)

Lol you know what, I probably should; here's something coming from an SEO middle man in offline markets that BHW people should probably know...

BHW didn't come to my mind first when I thought of using a service, because subconsciously I wasn't sure if I wanted to trust my clients in the hands of some guy from blackhatworld.. I guess selling TRUST is a huge part of selling services here.. just a heads up. If they trust you, you win.

Anyway, when it comes to SEO, what exactly should I offer my clients and who have you had success with?
