Offering Bonuses - Is THIS Allowed??

After getting poor results from my latest promo, I've decided to go back to the drawing board and one of the things that I considered "stepping up a notch" were my BONUSES...

So I looked around to get a feel for what my competition was offering and then I found something that surprised me.

As of today this guy had at least a couple review sites on Page 1 for "Zamurai Video Bootcamp" a hot release that came out 7/4

Now, my understanding is of what is LEGAL as far as bonuses:

1. PLR products you have license
2. Bonus created by YOURSELF

But when I look at HIS list, I am looking at a lot of PREMIUM (non PLR) products!

Granted, I stopped looking after 3-4 products that were not PLR, so maybe some of them are indeed PLR, but it doesn't matter at this point.

So my question is............

How does he get away with it? Are other reviewers doing it too? We all like to gain our "unfair advantage" but doing so while flat out breaking the law?

You will most likely find that a good number of the products offered as Bonuses that the seller or affiliate of the primary product has "partnered" with the purveyor (creator) of said Bonus.

That is why you find in collecting them you go to the original sellers landing page after clicking the link to receive which most likely requires to submit an email address to optin to their list. Others may show upsell products of their own on said download landing pages either in lieu of or coupled with the optin.

Another option is that he may have purchased Master Resell Rights which often can be exclusively offered whereby you can sell direct and often rebrand as your own.

Otherwise it is illegal to give away someone's work (non PLR) for free.

I hope you're not putting all your efforts into selling a product like that for someone else. I only say that because that is how I started, and it wasn't until I stopped trying to sell make money online products that I started making money online. Don't stop, but diversify and find what works best for you.
