Offensive Google Adwords Tactics

Hello,

I am looking to launch an offensive Google Adwords campaign against one of my competitors and either waste their budget money or scare them away from a keyword. Does anyone know of a good service that does this? Thanks.

Why not concentrate on getting your page's score better and your ads will be showed more that's better than scaring your competitor by stealing their money.
You gonna loose time clicking on his ads and he's gonna loose his money , and the only winner is the big G
Moreover, all advertisers do set a maximum advertising budget anyway.

What do you plan on doing in your offensive campaign against this competitor of yours?

Were you thinking of clicking on his ads a lot, or something more above the belt?

I've not heard of a service that does this, except just outdo them in the PPC and overall marketing plan.
