Off Shore Domain Registrar?

Well my offshore host its knownsrv and i dont had any problems with it but i cannot guarantee you will not have any

It’s worth seeking registrars that don’t actively monitor or inspect domain content unless they receive a complaint.
Some registrars use automated tools to detect malicious content and may suspend your domain without any prior notice.
In contrast, when we receive a complaint, we give our clients an opportunity to remove the reported content, helping to prevent the domain from being taken down without warning.

If the registrar isn't the domain name's hosting provider or nameserver provider, in general, the registrar won't inspect the domain/website content till they receive the abuse report.

The 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) requires ICANN-Accredited registrars to provide abuse contact information and take steps to investigate reports of abuse, this is applicable for registrars in all countries.

What will happen when your com domain is locked and you have a second domain with same name but with .net extension registered with another registrar , have you email hosting separated by another provider and hosting too?

Construct:
your jsmith.com domain and registrar account is shutdown and locked.
on a sepratate registrar you use your website content (make backup from th ejsmith.com domain) with yoursecond domain : jsmith.net

Your email hosting is with another provider
Your hosting is with another provider or offshore
Your email marketing you use mailchimp or similar.

In this scenario godaddy will shutdown your domain and account and your website on third party provider too I guess (?)
Then use an offshore webhoster and your second domain the jsmith.net.

Then your website will now run with the jsmith.net domain. When you have build a brand, and people know your name, when they type in google; jsmith then your jsmith.net domain will pop up in the serps, user's don't care if your have a com or net domain.

Maybe you have email subcribers then make sure, that your third party separated email hosting or mailchimp account is safe and intact.

Maybe you can set a routing in htaccess or robot.txt file, that the old domain jsmith.com routes to the jsmith.net domain.
What do you think will this construct work?

Till today people, rich people and big companies too, got their website/ domain shutdown by godaddy. I never heard this scenario from other providers /registrars only from godaddy. Or are there more domain registrars and webhosters who doing the same criminal shady business like godaddy and do shutdown their costumers accounts?

Then google will not rank these domains I guess ? What will happen when your registrar (US/ EU) will sgutdown your domain and website and you have a second domain with same name and email and hosting on separate providers?

Your registrar shutsdown your jsmisth.com domain (example) on another third party registrar you have a jsmisth.net domain, , so you have a backup and install all your content on the jsmisth.net domain! But keep your email hosting (com email address) and your marketing email (like mailchimp ) separate and intact tonot confusing your exist email subscribers.

Yes, this happenings is very concerning for many peoples, not only in US but in many countries also. We must all come together to protect the freedom of speech and expression online. It is important for all nations to respect different perspectives and not try to control what people can see or say on the internet.

That means not only godaddyfokkers doing that shame shady crime business? As I mentioned to another reply here, better have a Plan B in your mind, have a second domain with your name like jsmith.com is banned and shutdown, on another registrar you have the domain jsmith.net, then have your email hosting and email marketing separate (normal emnail and mailchimp) with that Plan, you have backup from your banned website and then set up your new website on an offshore webhosting with the jsmith.net domain. So you have the same email and marketing email form mailchimp and your subscribers will not be confused. Maybe on your website an small header top banner with "Our website now runs on jsmith.net or something.

When users knowing your brand name and they type in google jsmith then your jsmith.net site comes up , the ynot care about if that is now a net domain and I guess with that Plan all your social profiles will be intact too (not shutdowned):

This would be my Plan B, don't know if that works what do you think ?

Now I've read an article on a squarespace site, that every webhosting /or domain registrar can shutdown your site when you change you raddress, street, state,city and not verify it in a time frame of 15 days. I don't know if all webhosting providers and registrars have that 15 day time window. It would be really helpful for all people on the world, to have an list (always be regularly updated) all webhosting providers and registrars who doing such shade crime business like the godaddyfokkers, all providers and registrars who are known take fast action to shutdown a website and domain: This would be helpfule for all of us!

I agree. large domain registrar like squarespace, namecheap, spaceship, will certainly shutdown your site for abuse complaints. I've not read about changing address, street, etc will shutdown your domain. Yes, they may suspend it for a time being until the domain registrants doesn't opens his email and click on confirmation link for changes done. This is done for checking and stopping hackers from taking over the domain.

I've had and still having many domains with nicenic, todaynic, gandi, the-online.com, subreg (gransy) and these are some cool, mid-size or small registrar to work with. They never shutdown domain or hosting for abuse report. But will forward abuse report domain-registrant to take apporpriate action, OR if the domain receives like 100s of DMCA or abuse emails everyday then they'll ask to transfer-out domain to another registrar. so these are quite safe names to have domains with, esp, if you are into the grey area business.

having .com and .net domain with 2 registrar is also good option. if one is shutdown transfer files to 2nd one and it starts ranking. but it may not rank quickly as you'll have to get new backlinks or ask previous backlink senders to edit their links and point them to new domain.

Hello so I've used njal.la for couple years to buy and host domains there, today it unfortunately stopped. Don't know the exact reason but got email that i need to move out my domain from them or they suspend my account.

Is there a way around this to move the domain to hosting who ignores dmca etc?

I've been looking around can't really find anything useful? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using the-online.com for dmca ignored domain and web hosting (cpanel shared hosting in netherlands, EU, they also have U.S. location but dont choose it). you'll need to choose location after your make a purchase and before setting up shared cpanel account. For domain registration they are safe as they' forward dmca to customer and customer has to take action. they don't ask for content-takedown or anything else.

I'm also using buym.net for vps hosting in luxembourg which is also dmca ignored. but they are bit costly and servers out of stock.

then there is shinjiru.com in malaysia good for vps hosting. they follow malaysian law and will take down your site/domain if they receive local authority request.

Thank for your reply hosting is solved so everything there is okey, my only problem is where to host / move my domain.

I'm afraid EU they would still takedown if they get complaint, what would you recommend to move your domain where it could possibly as safe as possible for these kind of things? I'm running iptv website.

But with a RU,SO,SU, TO domain you will not get clients when you offer services I guess. An USA adress in about me page but a russian domain? How will this look to your audience? Then better use a .com, .net or .site, .online domain in countries like China or Russia no matters if these registrars have domains like .com,.net,.site, .online etc,etc assigned to ICANN, before someone can shutdown you, there will be a court trial in Russia, makes your enemies not easy to shut you down. And Russia is a great WEF great reset escape country.

the online seems to be owned by namesilo also its domain they listed it up for sale, very sketchy

They only do a shutdown on a local authority reqest- means for .com, .net. domains too?
Can you have your domain and webhosting with them or should the webhosting be separate on a different hosting provider?
