Off page seo- backlink package

Hi,

I see lots of threads saying 600 tier 1 mixed backlinks and 1000 tier 2 backslinks pointing to tier 1. I am planning to buy such package and only use home page with generic, branded anchor text.

My question is should I use same package again and again ? or it should be just 1 time buy and then go for pbn and guest posts, nich edits?

Will it benefit if I keep buying same 600 tier backlinks for 2-3 months? any one tested this ? thanks

You can use same package for other urls , if the url is same then tell the seller to change the links to new ones
 
I am using the same package for every unique url

I have 14 different service type of pages. Should I use 600 mix tier 1 backlinks(profile,web2 0,comment etc) to each of the page and order 14 orders so that every each 14 page keyword serp increase?
 
Purchasing a package for the same website is not recommended. Created it just once for just one website; if you liked it, move on to PBN, guest posts, or particular improvements.
