Off ciggies for 15 days with laser therapy

"Laser thing"?

Could you please explain what you're talking about? I'm not a die hard smoker but I've been smoking 3-5 cigarettes a day for the past few years. It's not a very serious habit but I still wake up some days with a dry, sore throat.

What are these laser things you're talking about?

To be honest I don't see why people put themselves through the trauma of all this ecig, stopping stuff. If you like smoking, just do it, your going to die anyway, you may even die sooner if you stop smoking.
If you have the willpower to stop through using nothing, then that's because you wanted to do it, anything else and your just bullshitting yourself. Same with people who use nicotine replacement, for example gum, the minute they run out their running to buy cigs due to still having the addiction.

Unfortunately we were just raised in a generation where cigarette smoking had none of the warning you do now, so this will clearly be a thing of the past, and this generation will die out soon enough.

Its a thing they put in your ear for around 20 mins. Would never expect it to work but it really does

As a former smoker, the only working advice that I can give you to stop smoking is: stop smoking. That's it. First two weeks are the worst, but afterwards you just cruise through the whole thing.

Under any circumstances do not light another one, for any possible reason. And that's it. Worked out for me (2 packs a day, couldn't last 1 hour without one).

you got to find a reason to quit smoking.. a real hard reason.. Quitting smoking is easy compared to other things you can become addicted to IMO, you just need a real hard reason to quit and you can do it.. otherwise it's just something that sounds like it would be nice.. Everyone's different though, so for some it's probably more addictive than others. I quit pretty much cold turkey from a pack a day due to some circumstances..

i hate to say it but it sounds like placebo effect, but if its working for you the hey go with the flow
