How to get more subscribers? I don't want the agency. Tried tumblr, Reddit, forums, twitter... nothing is helping and honestly I'm good looking

I agree with you most agencies are straight off scams so good on you for trying to do ur own thing, I'd suggest you to buy snapchat accounts that already come with like 150-200 friends added there's various people that sell such accounts those are all fresh with bunch of people that have added that account straight from tinder pretty decent also you could run threshold google ad accounts to a free onlyfans account and then funnel to the paid from there it's what I used to do for a friend of mine works also really decent

Probably trying to buy services or people buying promo for you on fix fee is your best choice.
I know a lot of models that are very successful this way..

in my opinion, the market is saturated. Many women from the porn and escort industry have switched to OF.
but back to your question... you should promote your OF account on sex and escort classified sites. On this sites you have the traffic what you are looking for.
Some men on this classified sites will hope to meet you for sex, but you can ignore these people.

In order to make $10k a month, you only need 1250 subs paying $10. There are 3.97bn men on the planet. Ignore all the men from poor/developing nations with no access to OF or who can't afford it, and you can still easily find 1250 subs a month from the billions left over.

The subscription revenue is going to be 20/30% of the total. The rest should be from customs and ppv. That's if your sub price is around 10 dollars. with 25% off.

Realistically, a solo model will struggle to reach an maintain 10k per month anytime soon unless they already have an existing following or can gather a big one very quickly.

Speaking from experience of running traffic for OF models. I have an actual office in the UK and 2/3 people that help me. I'm not some random kid that has OFM in his ig name.

Main things we focus on and find success with are;

IG M/S (1/200 fan accounts doing tens of thousands of actions per day)
Dating apps (50+ tinder and bumbles accounts in major US cities. Auto matching 1/2k user per day each)
Twitter automation (Auto retweet4retweet groups, comment baiting ect)
Reddit (Subreddit verification, scheduling tens of posts per day and upvoting without being detected)

Now this inst necessary if you just wanted to reach 10k a month. But its required to scale past it and stay up consistently. There's just not enough time in a day to do all of that and make content and chat. Especially when traffic starts coming in, you need 6/12 hour chatter coverage to really maximise revenue. Its not easy maintaining 100+conversations at once and reply ro each one within a couple of mins max each time. If you're taking too long to get back then you're throwing money away. Once these guys aren't in the mood anymore, they aren't getting their card out.

For a solo model I would;

1. Make an account on every dating app you can on your personal phone. Hinge, tinder, bumble, okcupid........ Everyday match as many as you can. Message matches and get them to your IG.
2. Make 3 Tiktok accounts. Make 3-5 different tiktoks on each account per day. On one of the accounts, you can post content that is more risky as you're not afraid if it get banned. Go live on whatever account you can first everyday just doing normal stuff like being sat in bed talking for 20 mins. Or cooking. Wear nice PJ's ect.

Now obviously there is much more detail to all of this, but if you work at it, do some research when you get issues, after some time you should be heading in the right direction

There is many ways to grow your accounts. But there is a reason that agencies exist and charge what they do. Any good agency will run 40-60 IG accounts for you, multiple tiktoks ect. More than 1 person could ever do. Let alone still try and create content.

The wrong agency will shaft your growth and your earnings hard. Try some fresh concepts between artsy and provocative, and for as cliché as it is, there is value in trying out those typical IG aesthetic pictures. Less is more when it comes to modelling. You'll also want to have other social media which you can use to interact and integrate with the community. A lot of the models I see on Twt (for example) tend to like and retweet each other's content.

Foolish women are on OF, believing they are "independent" but still fully dependent on "men" (simps) to survive. Smart women learn how to please a man and find a husband who will provide for them whatever they want. If you are asian, there are plenty of white men who will be happy to marry you, but if you bring along the baggage of being thot it will drastically reduce your prospects. While prostitution in some form will always be able to make money, it comes with many costs...and once you get to a point in your life where you are entirely OK with doing the wrong things, it can only go downhill from there.

honestly, just create some sexy clips, have a person cut it to different clips and upload them to 100s of child accounts on instagram and tiktok.

5. Go Live. ...
6. Engage with Your Followers. ...
7. Cross-Promote Your Page on Social Media. ...
8. Collaborate with Other Content Creators.

Try instagram shoutout and tiktok shoutout…
Do shoutout for shoutout with other models…
You ll definitely get goos results….
Make post for of access for user to promote you…

Most income doesn’t come from recurring subscriptions, but rather from upselling through direct messages and guys falling in love with the model’s persona (aka: phillipino VA).
