I should say starting lol, just looking to find a template contract that’s al, can you help?So you are a manager with no OF contract.
Seems for me you are a manager with no contract so how did you get a manager at the first place without having anyone in contract?

You can adopt standard talent contracts or the legal template available to your country/ state, etc. Or better if you have a lawyer who can advise you on what to include on your contracts. Specifics may be added depending on your exact conditions.

Well whatever country your company would be doing business in is the venue that would be used for any litigation. You can use a general contract and be relatively safe. That's what the severability clause is for. If there's any section of the agreement that is not enforceable it protects the entire Agreement from being void and you may be able to even alter that term until it's within the law and in the spirit of what the term was trying to achieve.
