ODYS.Global + Niche Website Builders Case Study

Hello

I have just purchased an expired domain via odys.global with a 100k content package with Niche Website Builders and I thought I would create this case study to let you know how this project of mine goes.

The aim of this case study it to create a website that is hopefully generating a lot of traffic and is earning between $200 - $500 a month. I wanted a hands off approach with this website because I am to busy building other websites.

If this case study is successful I will purchase more content for this site with Niche Website Builders and also purchase another website from ODYS.

Domain Cost : $2500
Content Cost : $8000
DA Of Domain : 24
Age : 3 Years

The Plan

Step 1 : COMPLETED Purchase domain & Content (27 June)
Step 2 : COMPLETED Meeting with Niche Website Builders to discuss content / site planning (4th July)
Step 3 : Receive keywords from Niche Website Builders
Step 4 : Me to approve keywords found
Step 5 : Get the content written + Site build
Step 6 : Me to approve content written + site build
Step 7 : Wait for site to get some traffic
Step 8 : Add ezoic ads + Amazon links
Step 9 : Report here on traffic + Earnings

Updates

Step 1 and 2 are complete. I had a zoom call with the niche website builders account manager and keyword manager where we discussed what the plan was for the site content wise.

I was very impressed with what was discussed and they had quite a few good suggestions for the site.

They will be using their tomb raider method to find keywords for this site.

I see domain and content costs, what are the charges from Niche Website Builders?

i see they are offering exp domain + 100 k words content for 6700$ ...
for that price you can buy a content site already making 150 to 200$ a month ...

For $10.5k you could have bought a website making $250 per month.

I actually paid $6700, I paid in GBP and worked out the conversion rate wrong

My hope is in 6 months - a year this site will be making $200 usd a month min

I think the advantage of an expired domain is that it often has links which can't be or or are hard to build. Especially when it was a real company they often got links from big media outlets about product releases etc.

UPDATE

Steps 3 and 4 are complete. They were due to get the keywords to me by 18th July and they actually completed it on 11th July (1 Week Early)

They found the keywords using their tomb raiding method (Look at low DA sites at their best performing pages) they sent me a list of 18 domains which they found keywords from, the DA of the sites range from DA4 - DA62.

I received a list of 156 keywords with recommended title for article, traffic estimate and recommended word count for the article. I was asked for which articles I wanted to select for them to create content for. I asked them to select the articles for me, I said I prefer to target the articles with the least amount of traffic as these will be easier to rank for.

I went through some of the selected articles and the competition in google seems to be low to medium, I am happy with the articles selected.

I am now waiting for the content to be written and uploaded to the site.

So far I am happy with the quality of the service.

Yeah you can get an expired domain cheaper, but I prefer to buy from them because of their pre checks of the domain.

no and no. I bought a domain with good authority so I dont need to build links.

And they did all the keyword research. This is the main reason I used them as keyword research is what takes up most of my time at the moment
