You already know why people are not hiring you. First its your cover letter. Upon reading your post it made my head hurt. Your English is quite bad and if I am your clilent, I will surely not hire someone who writes in broken English. You should try to improve your grammar first before offering article writing service. Try reading some books or enroll in an English speaking class.

Even if you're going to offer your writing services to me for free, I won't accept it.
Why? Let's take a look at the opportunities for improvement of your OP:
    1. Always put the first letter of the first word in an uppercase form when starting a sentence.
    2. Spell words correctly.
    3. Always put the pronoun "I" in an uppercase form.
    4. Be consistent in the singularity or plurality of your nouns.
    5. Observe a proper subject-verb agreement.

Did you just learn English 7 days and 9 hours ago?

Didn't you create a thread on the same topic with almost similar content few days back? What's the need to open another thread for the same?
