This may be an odd question, I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction.
I've been toying with the idea of creating a dropship ecommerce site and have done some pretty in depth research into it. One of the catches is that, when you drop ship, you're also required to handle the customer service (booooo!!)
Totally understandable, but I work during the day and I don't want to give that up. There has to be a solution where I can hire a freelancer to simply answer emails if we get them. Does anyone know where I could do this (I don't even know what to google), or how? Or have any other solutions?
