I am trying to do some research with MNF and I came up with the following data:

Local Search: 5400
Exact Phrase Count: 92
Ad cost 1.46
SOC: 0

Now on the broad phrase competition I am showing 13 million....but only 92 on the exact phrase.

The weird thing is when I try to use googles keyword website it is showing up a little different. When i select the exact phrase it is showing up as super high competition even though according to MNF there are pretty much zero. I am assuming this is because by simply doing a broad phrase instead of an exact phrase search it goes from 92 pages to 13mil.
So i guess i am asking is this a good micro niche to go for? Micro niches usually are about specifics right?...so do i base my choices off of exact phrase counts or discard it because of the massive amount of broad phrase searches?

For competition in broad phrase searches ( allintitle:key word) - you don't really want much more than 100k searches.

So even if I'm trying to make a niche site and exact phrase is showing 5k searches I still need to take into consideration broad phrase? ....or is that just if I want to place in broad also?
