Odd G G listings

Get this I rank 1st for a number of Keywords in G at home...

then I move to another building in the same town and the listings are completely different and I am not ranking at all...

How on earth can this happen... panick stations...

clear your cookies and log out of igoogle -> same listings on both machines.

damn so this means that I was top of google for a while and then NOW I AM NOT what a complete bummmer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, google has started using something called web history. Its meant to provide more relevant search results, but in reality, its an evil tool designed to trick webmasters into thinking their site is doing better than it is when they do vanity searches.

Goto the bottom of the page when you search, it'll say "Personalized based on your web history". Click more details and then click "without these improvements" to see the results as they really are.

wrong , they have used before also same '' web history '' actually the webhistory it's nothing more than your own temporary browser files , and IE support them at fully with new version of IE8 , the browsers had always cookies and cache , for faster loading , only thing which google changed with their history now it's the way how adsense ads are shown for the users ( being used '' history '' ) on the display algos for the ads ...


ps. wasn't enough they do not respect at all your own privacy (selling for few penny your email id and sharing your info with third party's ... ) now they are even record your browser history lol
