I’ve been diving into cognitive science and testing out some unconventional productivity tricks — things like the “20-second rule” (make good habits easier to start by just 20 seconds), or working in 90-minute ultradian cycles with real breaks in between (backed by research on brain rhythms).
Honestly, some of this stuff sounds like fluff until you try it — but I’ve seen noticeable improvements.
Curious if anyone else here uses any lesser-known but science-supported habits to stay sharp? Could be sleep hacks, focus tricks, or even weird diet routines. Always down to borrow what’s working for others.
