Ladies and gentlemen, we have ourselves a curveball.

LinkedIn automation users are reporting accounts being limited at sending 40-70 connection requests per day, down from 100 - 140 as max limits.

Here is my experience. Some of my accounts have experienced the "limit" message. One of them is in "jail" - has to submit email to connect with anyone. (This one is like this for 2 weeks now though).

Some of them are actually running successfully. I have accounts that have been limited and accounts that have not been limited both on my browser extension (Octopus) and on a cloud-based app (SkyLead.io)

Next week I'm testing to see if the change only affects 3rd party botting, by having one of my VAs run connection requests manually on some of my limited accounts, once they get the limit removed.

In addition, I'm testing another few accounts with a new tool: we-connect.io

What is your experience? Theories?

I started warming up my LinkedIn page by following around that 40-70 range. After warmup, I've been sticking with 100/day and I'm scared to go above that. The only problem I have is I received captcha one time and I got logged out maybe two times.

I'm running about 100-120/days and there is no issue until this time, but my account is old enough was register on 2014

Are you using free, Premium or Sales Navigator accounts?
