Obtaining old inactive IG Username

Hello,

I am looking to obtain a specific IG username. The account hasnt posted in nearly a decade and has only a couple posts on it. I have tried reaching out to the account owner as well as the only 5 followers they had in case they knew the owner personally. No luck.

Anyone have experience obtaining an older username? Looking to hire someone to assist with this.
