Obsessive Competitor reporting my social media

Basically as the title says I have a guy who does a nationwide sham but obsessing over my area because he has friction. I seen him do this in other cities like Miami or NYC where a competitor social media ranks so he reports the lving @#$#@ out of it. I also see him friend people in the same niche who socials dont rank so he lets them be. If you hit page 1 or 2 he starts reporting until banned for those who dont do anything or shaowbanned.

My question is should I pay someone a small fee to post my content? or is there a method I can use to keep social up. Seems like it is very hard to make accounts these days with facial checks. I am missing out on younger crowd due to this guys obsessive compulsive behavioral issues.

Maybe this is a silly question idk. All my accounts are live he just shadowbanned them to death

If his pbn ever loses power, he would not make it and would need counseling i suspect.
