Awesome! I wish you the best of luck. As someone who's been running their own company for around 20 years now, my best advice is to make a daily working routine for yourself and keep moving forward. It's all about momentum. Carpe diem. :-)

Mind sharing some of that routine? :D any protips for best time to work or get into discipline...

That's a very young age to quit such a good job that some people older than you are still working towards. Glad you are in a position to make that choice and I hope everything works out well for you. I assume you will still be working primarily using the skills that got you your job, just more for yourself now?

I am slightly offended by people saying that you have to do it within 30. I am 34. I am married and have a kid. Does it mean I have no hope? :p
Sorry to disagree, if so. If anything, I will be much more cautious than someone who doesn't have a family to take care of. The truth is, you can do it any time in your life. It doesn't have to be < 30. :D
It does not mean you have no hope, it is just tad bit difficult. You need to have more savings if people depend on you. You have family stress already (wife, kids, school) on top of that stress from quiting the job. I agree, you can do it any time though.

Yep, i agree. :) I have to make that schedule.

It's time you change your avatar. That kid seems hectic:D
It is my identity bruh.. haha, will see about that.

I understand the POV, it is young and yes it is a good job. But it was time, (for me). It is either now or never for me. I've thought this through (for months to an year). It was not a sudden desicion. If I fail, i can always go back to a job. Thanks :D

When do you consider a healthy time to quit your job ?
What has made you feel it was the right time to quit ?
What was in your mind and your thoughts when you start considering to quit ?

Those questions are kinda the same, I just wanted to make my point.
Would be glad to hear your answer on this.

Oh mate..whyd u have to bump this thread :suspicious:

When do you consider a healthy time to quit your job ?
When I had enough savings to survive.

What was in your mind and your thoughts when you start considering to quit ?
I realized im stressed way too much for something that's not even mine to begin with. That was possibly the best job I could get in my country. If i am not happy at that job, I am not gonna be happy in any job. Also i was a member of BHW for several years. I knew i could make a living online. So i thought it made sense.

Closing this thread. I will unlock it when im super rich :D
