Many Nutra related sub-niches comes in the "Unapproved pharmaceuticals and supplements" category of Google Ads as per official Google Ads policies. Hence many of those search keywords would instead of disapproving the ads, would get account suspended and often when account is suspended, even due to policy issues, it will show suspended due to suspicious payment and you would get misled & keep trying to run the campaign trying the same things again and again & get frustrated. But, yes Nutra niche can be run in a "BH way" : But, I doubt that anyone would discuss ALL that with you in this thread openly for free. Why ? People who run BH Nutra successfully are people who are hustlers and they spend a lot of time and efforts in ongoing experimentation, often having sleepless days and sleepless nights in order to "keep up" with the "systems". There are courses which such people offer from time to time. You may check the marketplace here at BHW, perhaps you may find it. If you are a newbie to Google Ads, many would suggest you not to straightaway try to run Nutra niche, in that case start with anything WH, and gradually "learn" the "ways".

Nutra niche is a Blackhat, there are some BH methods to run those ads. no one tells you the exact method.
