Numerous Servers on Unique IPs - Create a free article network?

Hi all,

I wanted to get some advice here and see what you all thought.

I have a bunch of VPS's that I use for mailing. I've always thought that it's kind of a waste if they don't have any content on them at all and was thinking whether I should create article networks for these using wordpress multisite.

What do you think?

Should it be free to consistent posters or paid to a select few?

Most will be on the same C Class, but all have unique IPs.
