I see alot of people saying that one shouldnt run more than like 4 or 5 twitter accounts per 4g mobile proxy.
And that you shouldnt have too many accounts on 1 ip as if 1 gets flagged they all do.
But if its rotating mobile proxies that you can rotate the ip, can you not just use 1 account per ip so you rotate the ip between each account?
And then run like 100 accounts on 1 mobile proxy, but each on different ip adresses.
Or will twitter still see its the same phone/dongle?

It's a great trick to run more than 5 accounts per mobile proxy. However, you shouldn't go beyond 20 as you can have repeated IPs while rotating. The reason is that the mobile device would be situated/placed at a particular location and would correspond with nearby mobile towers of the respected network to generate IPs for you. Liked your mindful thinking but it is safer to stick to 18-20 accounts.

2-4. put simple the more proxies tied to 1 ip, the moment that ip is banned
all the accounts tied to that ip are gone as well....so stay low .

But cant i roatate the ip of the proxy and just manage 1 account per ip rotation
So only 1 ip 1 account

If you can schedule the running time for each batch of these accounts yes it'll work or you can get aged accounts and run them on dedicated residential proxies instead.

I play it safe. 2 accounts per IP at max. Had no issues in over 2+ years, using same proxies all the time

You use mobile proxies?
Yeah im planning on doing 1 or 2 accounts per ip and rotate my ip before logging into the next 1 or 2 accounts etc
And try and run like 15 accs on 1 mobile proxy with this method
