In all honesty, an off-shore merchant account isn't going to protect you. If you upset the wrong company, the authorities are going to come after you, even if you're using a different payment processor/offshore site. Only way to go stealth is to go totally stealth. And the safest way to do it is under the radar.

Are the replicas that you sell outrightly claiming to be the original? If they are not I don't see any legal problems. You could always sell imitations that LOOK like the original and sound like the original but are not. This should help you avoid legal issues.

learn how to create stealth paypal accounts, and only accept payment via paypal. not sure it is possible to open a stealth merchant account anywhere. with paypal it is easy. But keep in mind that paypal is the devil! so you must make sure you empty your paypal account daily and dont keep any amount of money in there that you are not willing to loose. When dealing with gaypal its only a matter of when they will freeze your account. just make sure that you do offset shipping to limit your risks (get ten orders today, dont ship them the same day, wait til you have emptied your paypal for the day then ship when the bank transfer in your paypal says completed), a good offset is typically 2 days. As long as you let your buyers know in your shipping terms on your website that you ship in 1-2 business days you will be ok. create multiple paypals and always have one or 2 on standby, so if one takes a hit just switch to the next one.

No you can't. I used to ship over fake Lacoste and Fred perry Polo's was making a good $200 profit a day but didn't last long.

Selling replicas is not hard, you just have to take great pictures and know exactly how the item should look before you sell it. Market research goes a long way..Look at all the people on Ebay with 0 feedback selling a bag or whatever for 5k or more
