How do you deal with refunds? It's not like you can reveal your address is it? so how do you overcome this problem?

how can you not reveal your address? you would NEVER agree it was a replica in the first place
If a customer queries anything ALWAYS state it is authentic and if they are anything less than 100% satisfied they can return it for a full refund
This has added plenty of positive feedbacks for me
Never get into the debate really, if you are listing on ebay you must always state its authentic, get it to you ship to the customer and if they are unhappy refund
its pretty easy really

I have no experience, but as wholesalereplica said, provide good customer service. I would think you could have it returned to another address (eg your dropshipper or wherever you got it from). Regardless, give them a refund and if you don't get it back consider it a loss.

ok but it takes one person to shout "replica" and the game is over...and what aboutt the actual company you are ripping off? They too will find your details if you provide a return address? Say you are sellnig fake Levis..they buy. Ask for a refund. you reveal your details. Police swoop and you are prosectuted....

It's not about being paranoid pal..I have sold replicas and made lots of cash before I was banned. It's a genuine question that you not anyone else has come with any kind of decent reply to...basically you are trackable all the time if you give your address for a refund. So it's a matter of time before you not only lose accounts but face legal action. Just becasue you "got away with now" doesn't mean you have cracked the system!

thanks ^^ I know a few on here have no ide awhat they are doing. Just becssue they got away with it for a while they think they have cracked...
buy an online address , or use any address, then refund the person, put it down to a loss.

This is how u deal with it, quite simple
1. If your using a offshore merchant account most of them will tell you to have your refund policy on your page, make sure your refund policy is pretty simple something like this "By purchasing from http://www.mysight.com you agree to our refund policy all sales are final and no refund request will be granted only exchanges"
Reason for thought: The reason you want to do this is because offshore merchant accounts are govern by different laws when it come to replicas regarding Visa & Mastercard so if someone files a "chargeback" your reply can always be "They agreed to the refund policy on my site all sales are final" you will win the chargeback no questions asked.
2. Now if your a screw up and you have no refund policy, you can tell your customer this and this is what i use to do all the time. I would tell my customer "Hey I can offer you a refund but you need to ship my item back overseas to the factory" NOW! most customers will say ok, until they find out how much the shipping is...LMAO back to china..then they will come back and say 1 or 2 things
1. I rather keep the shoes or clothing the shipping is to much or
2. I will ship the item back
Now if they email you and say "hey i rather the ship them item back" ask them how much was the shipping they will say something like $60.00 then tell them in a nice email. How about i let you keep the shoes and refund you half of what you paid for them since shipping the item back cost just as much as the purchase.
The customer will then realize how stupid it is to ship the item back, and more then likely say ok we can do that, make sure u price the item high enough so if you have to refund the customer you still make a profit like $20.00 bucks or so
