Domain seized by fbi meaning it was hosted in USA where fbi has the jurisdiction?
What if the registrar are not in USA , where fbi doesn't have authority? Interpol take over?

this was a joint task force with like 7 or 8 countries. It wasn't just the FBI, they just became the owner of the domain at the end.

But still, in international law fbi doesn't have that authority except the interpol ...
But in some occasion such as piratebay how they avoid all that?
Is there something like bullet proof domain where the registrar simply ignored complain
