Hello,

Well, I'm in the process of generating content for a health niche and I think it would be very positive for the users if I could show a couple of "nude" pictures. I need to showcase a vagina/penis and point at several parts of it for informative purposes.

Obviously I have no other intention than to inform users, how can I get around this? As I do not want to be categorized as +18 website or have any relation whatsoever with the porn niche as well as not wanting to be consider as having "nude" pictures.

Anyways, would really appreciate some help.
Thanks!

Reyone,

Although I have no definitive proof of this, it would seem that you could put whatever images you want on your site and no one is going to come along and classify you as a pornographic website, especially if it is clear that the images are for informational purposes.

That beings said, you may run into issues if you try to advertise or otherwise promote the site on or with another website that has policies covering pornographic material. To play it safe you could always use graphical representations instead of actual images of these human body parts.

Hope that helps,

Shawn

Nudity isn't going to get you penalized, but having pornographic content, can. Nudity for the purpose of education or art is allowed. As long as it isn't meant to be sexually arousing..which in your case isn't.
