Nub CPA question: First Page Conversion

Okay guys,

I am a bit confused, so a friend and I run 2-3 blogs that generate some decent traffic and we are just getting into CPA to monetize what we can within our niche. My question here is what the hell is a first page conversion?
And if someone converts via "first page" how long does it generally take to show up in your dashboard (if using adscendmedia).

I think your referring to the first page of a sale CPA offer.

Some CPA offers have 2 pages, the first is lead info collection, the second is the payment page.

What are you trying to promote?

1st page submit is the type of lead when the user clicks on survey and just after that he lands on the form. He submits the form and you get a lead.
2nd page submit is when users needs to complete two steps to complete the offer and you get lead only if he completes those two steps.

is adscendmedia legit network ? if this network is legit why they dont have some big offers , i have checked maximum offers is of 25$
