Telegram is a hub for adult niche. But offcourse posting direct nude videos or images will lead you to suspension. Btw this depends upon on your geo and channel too. I have seen few US based channel posting direct videos on their group ( their channel is ios porn ) I guess this channel type allow users to post NSFW posts without getting caught.
You can post semi nude photos without any problem.
