NSFW subreddit advice

Hi guys, can you please tell me some tips on how to run an NSFW subreddits?
Both of my mod accounts were suspended and one of them still is, so I decided to use a fresh account as a one more mod account and when I am trying to find it using one of my mod accounts it just doesnt show up so I cant invite it to make it a mod.
I am scared to crosspost rn because one of my accounts received a 7 day ban and 2nd one a 3 days ban, so not that many attempts left for a total ban and a whole subreddit loss.

Method is to find popular nsfw subreddits, grab popular posts from them, repost on your subreddit and crosspost back to the original subreddit.

Another method is just to comment spam the subreddit r/subreddit on other nsfw subs.

but what should I do with my suspened mod accounts, I cant add a fresh account as a mod because I simply cant find it in a search when I do it from those mod pages?
