Mix originals (your best shots) with retweets or replies to boost engagement, and keep an eye on your analytics. if you see a drop-off, scale back or shift times. Consistency matters more than volume, so pick times you can stick to every day.

3–5 times a day works well for me. Spread them out a bit and try mixing tease posts with hard content. Engagement matters more than volume sometimes.

Hello, I recommend posting 3 videos per day, for example, in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Comment and reply to your audience, use provocative phrases, strategic hashtags and titles. Stay consistent, use varied content, and interact during the intervals.
Im with everyone else on the 3 being the sweet spot but I'd like to add that once you have a post that starts gaining a lot of traction especially a video just let it ride out for a few days. I've noticed if you interrupt a post thats blowing up by posting again the algorithm instinctively starts directing people to your newest post and kind of halts your momentum
