NSFW Plugin?

I am looking to create a blog with some "over 18" content, and want to add a button to turn on NSFW mode and auto-hide certain categories or tags from the front page. Seems like I wouldn't be the first person to need such a thing, but I can't find anything like this, other than Content Warning v2, which puts a huge "Verify you're 18" content lock on the front page, which is not what i want. I want users to access the site in nsfw mode automatically, but have a simple button that probably adds a cookie to turn on the SFW mode and then auto-hides the categories/tags from the front page. Any ideas?
