Now that Massplanner is down you should use Russianplanner, heard you should also learn Russian along the way!
Alright, aside of jokes, if looking for a cheaper option, maybe try gramdominator? Bought it and trying it right now.
For a more expensive option i suppose Instadub? Since Followliker will most likely be put down soon. And the most known close to that is Instadub as i've heard.
You can also try a free version of a bot that runs on python, instabot.py.

Alright, so far from what i know they are releasing a new update tomorrow, they bring new updates almost every 2 days, that's pretty good.
For what i use it for, the following and unfollowing seems to be working perfectly fine, likes are working just fine as well except for the likes of posts of a certain profile, which as i was told is gonna work in the update today, ie may 22nd.
I tried adding an account with a proxy today thinking it'd work, but it didn't, that might have been because of my own mistakes because i am new into this, but as it seems for me at least i will just use the proxies on virtual machines. For me that feels much better because the posting on Gramdominator currently isn't the best as you cannot write anything for your post, it will just a picture without any text. I don't like posting without any text.
Rather use a VM on a proxy for each account + post via Gramblr, i think i can also schedule posts from Gramblr.
That's about it so far. We will see how it goes. I think that for follows, unfollows and likes it will be working perfectly well, but for posting not yet, hadn't tested anything else yet.
For the proxy part i might be doing it badly, but then again idk if you'd like to make posts without text.

No idea, as i said i am new in this and i am bad at doing it, so i am 100% doing a mistake when loading the proxies for an account into Gramdominator.
Will be contacting the support today seeing if i can get to load the proxies, even tho as i said before, posting without text is not my thing, i will also contact the support to see when is text to posts gonna be added and once that + me fixing proxies is done for me the bot will do everything i need it to do!
Looking at prices this bot has the 10$ monthly model (aside of the annual payment model), pretty fit bot for that price.

They were not able to bring a fix for it from last 10 months I assume. Try with support and update us how soon they give you a ETA for that.

Gramdominator support account with proxies , you need to add your account in a .txt file in following format.
username : password : proxy address : proxy port : proxy username : proxy password
After adding all the details upload the file and check all the details showing properly or not.
If facing any issue you have words with their support skype : [email protected]

my first reply ever on this forum but..., I'm really confused as I was just reading around on the internet for an alternative, and I saw that someone's advice on here was to email MP, which i did - only to not get any good/ different information back - i only got back what was already confirmed on the site?? am i missing someone or are they looking for old customers only to give out this "new info" to?
Just use MP as long as they let us, we'll see and look for backup plans. It's not that we have any control over this.
Tried gramdominator but that tool is to limited if compare it to FL/MP. This weekend only introduced whitelist/blacklist I hear so still a long way to go. Can see it more as an alternative for instagress, however not that user friendly. Or perhaps it's me, just got used too much to MP/FL interface.
Currently testing out socialkit.ru , it's only in russian but use google translate camera app and you can figure out the software. They also have a live chat, not in English but managed with google translate. The installing was bit confusing as you need to copy a license file in the socialkit directory. Was also going to test tooligram but socialkit looks more complete. Tooligram is in English. Think that scares me about socialkit.ru is that their company adress is easy to find and sending a letter isn't that much effort I guess, even to Russia.
