I just bought a domain from go-daddy and I made a typo error. First time I was using this service and was thinking what too do. But as they say excellent customer support solved my issues. The guy on call deleted the domain and registered a new one for me. Actually, I am pretty happy.

I like Godaddy for domains, just not hosting, definitely not hosting.

Last time I registered on Godaddy was year 2008.. Their support is good but not quite as good today. Godaddy Support team is good if you manage your account and domains under a good standing rating. If you do some bad actions or spam your doing at anywhere in the internet.. They will kick your domain name and offer to transfer it into another registrar.. it happened me once! So, godaddy is better! I vote for them!

The live chat with customer that Godaddy add is the best upgrade they've done for the past months! i have chatted with their Customer support, excellent support

9 out of 10 of there tech support guys kick ass! Been a while since I've created a site. Just bought 2 domains and noticed they switched to cPanel. I don't know if it is cPanel or godaddy but pair the two together and they F*&%ing SUCK!!!

I've logged in and out 5 times and tried to launch my hosting, I get the the manage button and NOTHING...just spins into oblivion. So effectively I've been ripped off on hosting. They promise unlimited domains on the upgraded account...yeah they just don't tell you that you ABSOUTELY have to have a parent domain which was NOT the case before. For smaller stuff they used to be pretty sweet. Now their service doesn't even work anymore. I've been waiting for cpanel for 45 minutes now...yup.

Oh, sorry...update. Hit the back button to get to the main hosting page...now the manage button doesn't even work...sweet! I want my god damn money back! First phone call to a friend, please hold my gun for me and dont give it back no matter what I say. Second call...go(d damn)daddy support.
