Novice Question

Anyway, I have noticed that TubeBooster and similar software are not able to add videos views recently so my question is...Can YouTube code it so that software developers cannot boost views via bots permanently???

most likely... and when the bots get through most likely they will change and block that method from working

YouTube = Google,and Google can do anything if they want
