Notification sending issue

We have a big team, doing following actions. All accounts has been sending the notification to the targets for weeks, but now 90% has stopped sending notification. My question is, are these accounts dead, or should team focus warming them up again (scrolling etc) ?

Could just be temporary limits, so we should slow things down for a bit and see if notifications come back instead of assuming the accounts are dead.

Bro, those accounts r straight up shadowbanned and flagged for spam, so don't waste time trying to warm them up they're cooked

Yes I also believe that they were shadow banned.
