Notification from BHW to Mobile/Desktop

There's push notification on mobile, that should be instant. You can enable it under Preferences.
For desktop notification you can use a browser addon, which monitors webpages for changes such as Distill Web Monitor. Whenever you get an alert on BHW, the page changes slightly. You set the tool to monitor the bell, which is triggered by the alerts, select a sound and your pop-up sound notification is ready for BHW alerts.
