One of my friends got this information: www(dot)whois(dot)com/whois/cheap-wholesale(dot)us
Anyone who knows if there is a chance i can sue him/them ?

DON'T do any business with this site!

That looks like a WU transfer. I'm sorry but the money is gone. Look for reliable dropshippers like Dealextreme and Focalprice. DX got a sister company if you want to buy in huge quantities, you can get huge discounts.
