Nothing is Working : Need Admin Help

So, every time I reply to a thread, it just doesn't work.
It doesn't bump the thread or even say I replied to it on the forum.


I need an admin to look over my account and see what is going on if they can.
If anyone else knows what could be doing this, let me know please.
