LOL. This is the most absurd email I have seen coming from Google in recent days. But honestly, think are tough these days and even getting your website to rank for any significant keyword has become really hard...Google knows that all too well, and that's why they're giving you a part on the back for hanging in there.
 
Sometimes in 10 Clicks also 1-2 Conversion is Possible. Depends on Product ,offer and Country Traffic
