Note 3 problem

When l bought note 3 l recognized that when l wrongly pressed to something that l didn't t want to in the menu it was just doing some absurd things.Day by day l recognize there was a problem about its touch system.When l try to wrote something l was doing mistakes all the time and it was hard to complete a word without mistake.İt was guaranteed so l decided to take to the service they changed its motherboard but it is still same.My question is that is it a hardware problem or software problem.İt is just too sensitive with touch system.Sory for the mistakes.

PS:l tried another phones the problem is not me

Your best bet will be to ask the company where you bought the phone to change it to a new one. Even if you have to pay extra money, do that cos it seems from you explanation that the phone has a factory problem and you will not want to be dealing with that.
