don't ge tme wrong I'm GLAD I can see it and plan to contribute a lot.

Well hopefully I can. Because it seems in the rush to contribute most the stuff I can contribute has already been contributed.

And just a suggestion but I think 200 posts and a minimum 3 months would be just fine as well.

I mean if we try to go by thanks or contributions we'll just end up with a LOT of good people who only have one or 2 KILLER htings to contribute but get drowned out by the tiny contributers with a BUNCH of over used methods.
