Not sure which hosting to buy....

I want to sell reseller hosting and use white label to also resell domains and hosting, so its like:
host>me(reseller)>reseller who sells the domains and hosting that they buy from me and put whatever profit they want on it.
Sorry if this is hard to read and I probably got it all wrong, but anyway, you might know what I'm talking about lol.

Yes servers I think not sure. When the resellers are selling the white label thingy is like a control panel where they see my price for both domains and hosting, and they can choose whatever price they want to sell for.

As I've read in your OP, I could assume that you want to be a Hosting Provider. You want to sale your hosting service to the resellers.
There are some cases here:

1. You will need to have your own dedicated server(s) by owning data centers or co-location in other DCs and set up the system to process (this is the hardest part; you're not not this line yet).
2. You will need to rent the dedicated server(s) from dedicated server provider(s). I think this is also not fit you, too.
3. You will need to buy master reseller account(s) from the provider(s) who are having this plan. This will allow you to reseller the hosting plans to the resellers. I think this is the most suitable line in you case.

There are many more ways beside above 3. There are many issue regarding this kind of stuffs. It's need more resources and knowledge.
