Not sure where I start first.

I bought the Riode theme for wordpress. I have product categories I've added. But it's been such a long time I've worked on a Wordpress business and I'm unsure where and what to start first on. I've looked for fiverr gigs for people to organize business or wordpress consultation. But, the sellers I've talked to seem to be confused and don't combine the two. I've been offered a Wordpress consultation over zoom, but the demo is up and creator content showing not mine... Not gonna help, and I've talked to fiverr sellers that give me a business plan, but none include Wordpress....
