This is the right place for this but I can't afford VIP and am not eligible for Jr. So here goes, I am looking to buy a single twitter account. My spending limit is 15$ and I want to get as many followers as possible. I'd like for them to be real. I'm open to buying personal accounts but I want the "niche" to be broad or general.
