Not showing up in hashtags

Hi guys,

So a few of my friend's accounts aren't showing up in hashtags unless you are following them.

Is there a fix for this?

Most likely IG has ghosted the acc. Is your friend uploading pics manually or using bots ? I know it happens often when the bot uploads the pic, but not when done manually.

All manual. No use of a bot at all.
