not selling and got suspended!!

hello, i've created an ebay account just for buying but after my first purchase got suspended at the same day, i contacted support and they say it's high risk and final decision, is buying items also suspend accounts?? and how to avoid this problem in my next account?

It can be IP ban. If you believe you didin't break any terms of ebay you can you try to reset your ip and give it a try again ?
