Recently, I launched a blogspot site with exact match domain name and I am ranking at google 47 position with just few links .But I don't see any ranking in yahoo and bing .I am already building web 2.0 links and forum post links .How can I rank better in yahoo and bing ?

Try using bing webmaster tools (not sure if that's possible with a blogspot). Bing and yahoo like spam and keyword stuffing, try that too lol.

Yahoo and Bing typically take more time to rank, but it is easier to sustain once it happens.
Everything that worked in google a couple of years ago is said to work there now.
In my experience, I'm having success with all types of spam and even EMD-s with few to no backlinks.
Just keep trying to rank in google and the other rankings should happen automatically. I wouldn't be worried if I were you.

You will not see much profit out of Bing and Yahoo. A lot of internet marketers completely skip the thought process of ranking on all the small search engines. Since you are almost in the top 30 of Google I would concentrate first with landing on the first page. Give Bing and Yahoo time to catch up to Google. At that point you can rank on all three!
